Q.	What's the difference between arigoPLEX® and Luminex assay?
A.	arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit is an ELISA-based immunoassay that allows for multiple detection of 4 or 8 factors simultaneously. Unlike Luminex which is useful to screen cytokines as much as possible,  arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit is designed to validate specific physiological effects by measuring the key cytokines and factors for inflammation, immune cell polarization, and cell therapy-mediated cytotoxicity, etc.
Q.	How many samples can be measured by arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit?
A.	For 4-in-1 kit, two 12-well strips are available for each factor. One cytokine/factor is measured per well, and 4 wells as one set for one sample. Except 2 sets for standards, total 22 samples can be measured.  For 8-in-1 kit, one 12-well strip is available for each factor and 8 wells as one set for each sample. Except 2 sets for standards, total 10 samples can be measured. arigoPLEX® Multiplex ELISA kit is ideal for small scale experiments in laboratory.
