The role of HDGF in tumor angiogenesis

arigo is proud to announce that our HDGF ELISA Kit (ARG81356) was used for studying tumor angiogenesis and cited in Oncology Reports.

Hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF) is a heparin-binding growth factor involved in proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis. Overexpression of HDGF is found in multiple cancers. Eguchi and Wakabayashi reported that HDGF enhances VEGF-dependent angiogenesis and FGF2 (bFGF) induces VEGF-independent angiogenesis in NSCLC cells. Their result indicates a cancer treatment option by targeting HDGF.  arigo offers excellent ELISA kit and antibodies to facilitate the research of HDGF and tumor angiogenesis.
