Overview

Product Description Myofibroblasts are a differentiated cell type with a phenotype between a fibroblast and a smooth muscle cell. They play a physiological role in wound healing and fibrosis.

Myofibroblast/Fibrosis Antibody Panel is an all-in-one solution to make the research of myofibroblast and fibrosis easy and economical. This antibody panel comprises the myofibroblast markers including smooth muscle actin, collagen I, and fibronectin antibodies. It is the best solution to study myofibroblast and fibrosis in samples from human, mouse or rat.

Properties

Storage Instruction For continuous use, store undiluted antibody at 2-8°C for up to a week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Suggest spin the vial prior to opening. The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.

    Immunofluorescence: NRK-49F cells treated with TGF beta 1 (10 ng/ml) for 0~48 hours. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 15 min at room temperature and permeabilizated by 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were then stained with ARG66381 anti-alpha smooth muscle Actin antibody [SQab18108] (red) at 1:100 dilution in 1x PBS/1% BSA for 30 min at 4°C, followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 labelled secondary antibody. Unlabelled sample (green) was used as a control.
