The mosquito-transmitted Dengue virus (DENV) and Zika virus (ZIKV) are members of flavivirus which is a genus of positive-strand RNA virus. The genome of flavivirus encodes three structural proteins (Capsid, Membrane, and Envelope) and seven non-structural proteins (NS1, NS2A, NS2B, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5).
