The protein encoded by this gene is a negative regulator of granulocyte and monocyte function. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described, but the full-length nature of some of these variants has not been determined. Western blot: 35 µg of U937 cell lysate (in RIPA buffer) stained with ARG59755 anti-CLEC12A antibody at 0.3 µg/ml dilution and incubated at RT for 1 hour.
