| Product Description | ZAP70, Zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70 (70kDa), is a tyrosine kinase protein normally expressed near the surface membrane of T cells and natural killer cells and plays a critical role in the events involved in initiating T-cell responses by the antigen receptor. Phosphorylation of Tyr-315 and Tyr-319 are essential for ZAP70 positive function on T-lymphocyte activation. ARG30033 ZAP70 phospho Duos (Total, pY319), including an antibody detects total form of ZAP70 and an antibody recognizes ZAP70 only when the Tyr319 is phosphorylated, is useful for scientists to analysis the ZAP70 and phosphoryltated-ZAP70 convention. |
