  • anti-HIV protease antibody [1696] (azide free)
  • Cat. No: ARG63001 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: HIV
  • Application: ELISA, WB, FuncSt
  • Specificity: The clone 1696 recognizes free N-terminus of mature HIV protease (HIV-1 and HIV-2), an enzyme that hydrolyzes polyproteins of HIV viruses into functional proteins.
1696 does not react with the precursor.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-HIV protease antibody [1696]
  • Cat. No: ARG63002 (Mouse mAb)
  • anti-HLA Class I antibody [MEM-147]
  • Cat. No: ARG63003 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IP, WB
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-147 reacts with all human classical MHC Class I molecules in native cell-surface forms (e.g. it recognizes native HLA-A2 in cytofluorometry and immunoprecipitation but not in Western blotting). MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ia) are expressed on the surface of all human nucleated cell types.
MEM-147 is positive in Western blotting (non-reducing conditions) only with most HLA-B and HLA-C molecules, but not HLA-A. Reactivity is very similar to the classical antibody W6/32.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-HLA DR antibody [MEM-12] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG63009 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-12 recognizes common epitope on human HLA-DR which is dependent on the association of alpha and beta chains. DR is the isotype of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).
  • Conjugation: FITC
  • anti-HLA DR1 (empty)antibody [MEM-267]
  • Cat. No: ARG63016 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: ELISA, FACS, WB
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-267 specifically binds to the empty but not peptide-loaded form of HLA-DR1. DR is the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-HLA E antibody [MEM-E/07]
  • Cat. No: ARG63019 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IHC-P, IP
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-E/07 recognized native surface-expressed HLA-E, but not denaturated heavy chain of HLA-E. HLA-E belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on many types of the human cells.
The published results revealed that the antibody cross-reacts with some classical MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ia): HLA-B7 (strongly), HLA-B8 (moderately), HLA-B27, -B44 (weakly).
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-Horseradish Peroxidase antibody [HP-03]
  • Cat. No: ARG63021 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Other
  • Application: ELISA, ICC/IF, WB
  • Specificity: The clone HP-03 reacts with horseradish peroxidase. It is suitable for PAP detection system.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-Intra Acrosomal Protein antibody [Hs-8]
  • Cat. No: ARG63044 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Pig
  • Application: FACS, ICC/IF, WB
  • Specificity: The clone Hs-8 reacts with intra-acrosomal sperm proteins (220, 50, 34 and 21 kDa), a testis-specific acrosomal vesicle protein 1 associated with the acrosomal membranes and matrix of the mature sperm.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-LAT antibody [LAT-01]
  • Cat. No: ARG63056 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IP, WB
  • Specificity: The clone LAT-01 reacts with Linker for activation of T cells (LAT), a 36-38 kDa transmembrane adaptor protein expressed by T cells, pre-B cells, NK cells, mast cells and platelets.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated

  • Cat. No: ARG63084 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IHC-P, WB
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-255 recognizes an epitope (aa 235-280) of Csk-binding protein (Cbp) located in the cytoplasmic domain, also known as protein associated with glycosphingolipid-enriched microdomains (PAG).
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
