- anti-CD3 epsilon antibody [OKT3] (low endotoxin)
- Cat. No: ARG62801 (Mouse mAb)
- Reactivity: Hu
- Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, FuncSt
- Specificity: The clone OKT3 recognizes the CD3 antigen of the TCR/CD3 complex on mature human T cells. This antibody, also known as Orthoclone OKT3 or Muromonab-CD3, has been extensively used as a drug for therapy of acute, glucocorticoid resistant rejection of allogenic renal, heart and liver transplants. It has also been investigated for use in treating T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
HLDA VI; WS Code T6T-R3 - Conjugation: Un-conjugated
- anti-CD3 epsilon antibody [OKT3]
- Cat. No: ARG62804 (Mouse mAb)
- Reactivity: Hu
- Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, FuncSt

This antibody, also known as Orthoclone OKT3 or Muromonab-CD3, has been extensively used as a drug for therapy of acute, glucocorticoid resistant rejection of allogenic renal, heart and liver transplants. HLDA VI; WS Code T6T-R3 - Conjugation: Un-conjugated
- anti-CD41 antibody [HIP8]
- Cat. No: ARG62844 (Mouse mAb)
- Reactivity: Hu, NHuPrm
- Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, CyTOF®-candidate
- Specificity: The clone HIP8 reacts with alpha (a) subunit of CD41 (heavy chain; 120 kDa). CD41 is mainly expressed on platelets and megakaryocytes.
HIP8 blocks platelet aggregation and completely inhibits ADP-, epinephrine-, and collagen-induced platelet activation, and partially inhibits ristocetin- and thrombin-induced platelet activation. HIP8 is useful in the morphological and physiological studies of platelets and megakaryocytes.
HLDA IV; WS Code P 38 - Conjugation: Un-conjugated
- anti-HLA DQ1 + DQ3 antibody [HL-37]
- Cat. No: ARG63006 (Mouse mAb)
- Reactivity: Hu, Pig
- Application: FACS, IP, WB
- Specificity: The clone HL-37 reacts with polymorphic determinant on human HLA-DQ1 and HLA-DQ3 molecules (recognized epitope was found on isolated beta chain of DQ1), but does not react with HLA-DQ2. DQ is the isotype of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).
- Conjugation: Un-conjugated
- anti-HLA DP + DR antibody [HL-40]
- Cat. No: ARG63012 (Mouse mAb)
- Reactivity: Hu, Pig
- Application: FACS, IHC-P, IP
- Specificity: The clone HL-40 reacts with common epitope on beta-chain of human HLA-DR and HLA-DP. DR and DP are the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages). _x000D_
- Conjugation: Un-conjugated
- anti-HLA E antibody [MEM-E/06]
- Cat. No: ARG63018 (Mouse mAb)
- Reactivity: Hu, NHuPrm
- Application: FACS, IHC-P, IP
- Specificity: The clone MEM-E/06 recognized native surface-expressed HLA-E, but not denaturated heavy chain of HLA-E. HLA-E belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib; nonclassical) and it is expressed on many types of the human cells.
The published results showed that the antibody cross-reacts with some classical MHC Class I molecules (HLA-A3, -A11, -B7). However, the recent Workshop I Session on the 3rd International Conference on HLA-G (Paris, July 2003) confirmed that the antibody exhibits much broader cross-reactivity classical MHC Class I antigens, namely with HLA-A24, -A32, -B8, -B15, -B27, -B35, -B44, -B54, -C3, -C4, -C5, -C7. - Conjugation: Un-conjugated
