Immunofluorescence: 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed MDAMB-231 cells were permeabilized with 0.1% NP-40 for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 5% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were stained with ARG66993 anti-ZEB1 antibody at 1:200 dilution.
