anti-WC1 antibody [CC15] (FITC)
anti-WC1 antibody [CC15] (FITC) for Flow cytometry and Bovine,Goat,Sheep
Overview
Product Description | FITC-conjugated Mouse Monoclonal antibody [CC15] recognizes WC1 This antibody recognizes bovine WC1, a ~215/300 kDa antigen expressed on the majority of gamma/delta T lymphocytes. These cells also express low levels of CD5, but are negative for other B and T cell markers. The WC1 antigen is reported to be involved in a number of processes, including activation of gamma/delta T cells and the development of a Th1-biased acquired immune response (Rogers et al. 2005).Mouse anti Bovine WC1 antibody, clone CC15 is routinely tested in flow cytometry on bovine peripheral blood lymphocytes. |

Gene Symbol | CD163L1 |
Gene Full Name | CD163 molecule-like 1 |
Background | This gene encodes a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily. Members of this family are secreted or membrane-anchored proteins mainly found in cells associated with the immune system. The SRCR family is defined by a 100-110 amino acid SRCR domain, which may mediate protein-protein interaction and ligand binding. The encoded protein contains twelve SRCR domains, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic domain. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
