Application Instructions

Application Suggestion
Tested Application Dilution
FACS1:10 - 1:100
FuncStAssay-dependent
Application Note FACS: Due to low expression of CDw210a, sensitive staining techniques may be required. Use 10 µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 µl.
* The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist.

GeneID: 16154 Mouse IL10RA

Swiss-port # Q61727 Mouse Interleukin-10 receptor subunit alpha

Gene Symbol Il10ra
Gene Full Name interleukin 10 receptor, alpha
Background The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 10. This protein is structurally related to interferon receptors. It has been shown to mediate the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. This receptor is reported to promote survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation of this receptor leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other not protein-coding, have been found for this gene. Function Receptor for IL10; binds IL10 with a high affinity. [UniProt]
Calculated MW 63 kDa
