anti-CD72 antibody [10.1.D2]

anti-CD72 antibody [10.1.D2] for Blocking,Cellular activation ,Flow cytometry,Immunoprecipitation and Mouse

Overview

Product Description Mouse Monoclonal antibody [10.1.D2] recognizes CD72
Tested Reactivity Ms
Tested Application BL, Cell-Act , FACS, IP
Specificity Mouse CD72.1. The clone 10.1.D2 blocks binding of CD5 to CD72 on the B cell surface which leads to inhibition of the positive signal resulting from CD5/CD72 pairing. However, 10.1.D2 can itself trigger a positive signal by binding CD72.
Host Mouse
Clonality Monoclonal
Clone 10.1.D2
Isotype IgG2b, kappa
Target Name CD72
Antigen Species Mouse
Immunogen DBA/2 mouse spleen cells
Conjugation Un-conjugated
Alternate Names CD antigen CD72; LYB2; B-cell differentiation antigen CD72; Lyb-2; CD72b

GeneID: 12517 Mouse CD72

Swiss-port # P21855 Mouse B-cell differentiation antigen CD72

Gene Symbol CD72
Gene Full Name CD72 antigen
Function Plays a role in B-cell proliferation and differentiation. [UniProt]
Calculated MW 40 kDa
PTM Phosphorylated upon engagement of the B-cell receptor, probably by LYN or SYK. Phosphorylation at Tyr-7 is important for interaction with PTPN6/SHP-1 (By similarity).
