The antibody is pre-adsorbed with human, mouse, rat, goat, hamster, bovine, horse, sheep, chicken and guinea pig serum proteins, so the antibody may not react with immunoglobulins from above species, but may react with immunoglobulins from other species and the light chains of other rabbit immunoglobulins. |
