Rabbit immunoglobulins above were resolved by electrophoresis under reducing conditions, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with ARG23848 Mouse anti-Rabbit IgG antibody [2A9] (HRP). Proteins were visualized using chemiluminescent detection.
