Application notes: Strongly reacts with bovine IgG light chains, weakly reacts with IgM. Under reducing condition. SDS-PAGE (12% separating gel). * The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist. |
