Application Instructions

Cross Reactivity Note	Mouse. Inter-species cross-reactivity is a normal feature of antibodies to immunoglobulins, since Ig of different species frequently share antigenic determinants. Cross-reactivity of this conjugate has not been tested in detail, however this conjugate has been passed over appropriate immunoadsorbents to remove antibodies cross-reacting with Human immunoglobulins. This renders it specific for use in test systems containing material of Human origin (e.g. Human tissue/Mouse monoclonal antibody to a Human tissue constituent/anti Mouse Ig isotype-specific immunoconjugate.
Application Note	Working dilutions are usually between 1:20 and 1:80. * The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist.

Storage Instruction	For continuous use, store undiluted antibody at 2-8°C for up to a week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Keep the antibody in the dark and keep protected from prolonged exposure to light. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Suggest spin the vial prior to opening. The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
