    Immunocytochemistry: Vero cells were cultured in 96-well plate, than infected with S706 IBDV strain and fixed with ethanol-acetone mixture. Sites of non-specific binding were blocked with 5% dry milk in PBS containing 0,1% Tween 20 (PBST).

    Early stage of virus infection. After blocking cells were incubated 1 hour with ARG11065 anti-IBDV / Gumboro disease virus VP3 antibody [IBDV9], conjugated with HRP, 1:500 dilution in PBST. After washing, 3,3'-diaminobenzidine HRP substrate was added.
