  • anti-CD95 / Fas antibody [LT95] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53916 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone LT95 reacts with CD95 (Fas/APO-1), a 46 kDa single chain type I glycoprotein of the tumour necrosis factor/nerve growth factor (TNF/NGF) receptor superfamily, expressed on a variety of normal and neoplastic cells.
It seems that the antibody LT95 does not induce Fas mediated apoptosis, although it cross-blocks anti-Fas DX2 antibody that recognizes a functional epitope of Fas molecule.
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-CD99R antibody [MEM-131] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53918 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-131 reacts with CD99R, an epitope restricted to a subset of CD99 molecule expressed on myeloid cells, NK cells and T lymphocytes.
HLDA V; WS Code AS S020
    HLDA V; WS Code T T-E2.02
    HLDA V; WS Code T T-017
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-Cytokeratin 18 antibody [DC 10] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG53927 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone DC-10 reacts with Cytokeratin 18 (45 kDa). Cytokeratins are a member of intermediate filaments subfamily represented in epithelial tissues.
  • Conjugation: FITC
  • anti-Cytokeratin 19 antibody [BA-17] (Biotin)
  • Cat. No: ARG53928 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: WB
  • Specificity: The clone BA-17 reacts with cytokeratin 19 (40 kDa) in human tissue. Cytokeratin 19 is not expressed in hepatocytes; it is often co-expressed with cytokeratin 7.
  • Conjugation: Biotin
  • anti-GCPII / PSMA antibody [GCP-05] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53932 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone GCP-05 recognizes extracellular domain of glutamate carboxypeptidase II (NAALADase, FOLH1, PSMA), an approximately 95-110 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed mainly in tumour neovasculatures, nervous system and jejunum, which is an important prostate tumour marker.
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-HLA Class I antibody [MEM-147] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53936 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-147 reacts with all human classical MHC Class I molecules in native cell-surface forms (e.g. it recognizes native HLA-A2 in cytofluorometry and immunoprecipitation but not in Western blotting). MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ia) are expressed on the surface of all human nucleated cell types.
MEM-147 is positive in Western blotting (non-reducing conditions) only with most HLA-B and HLA-C molecules, but not HLA-A. Reactivity is very similar to the classical antibody W6/32.
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-HLA DR antibody [MEM-12] (APC)
  • Cat. No: ARG53938 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-12 recognizes common epitope on human HLA-DR which is dependent on the association of alpha and beta chains. DR is the isotype of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).
  • Conjugation: Allophycocyanin
  • anti-HLA DR antibody [MEM-12] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53939 (Mouse mAb)
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-HLA DR antibody [MEM-12] (PerCP)
  • Cat. No: ARG53940 (Mouse mAb)
