circNDUFB2, a circular RNA (circRNA), activates anti-tumor immunity

Circular RNA (circRNA) is a type of covalently closed single-stranded RNA that has been linked to cancer progression. Li et al. reported that circNDUFB2 inhibits growth and metastasis of NSCLC cells. Moreover, circNDUFB2 also triggers type I interferon signaling and activates immune defense response in NSCLC cells.  arigo is proud that our IFN beta, CXCL10, CXCL11, and CCL5 ELISA kits were used to demonstrate that type I interferon signaling is activated by circNDUFB2.
