Detecting the DAMPs in cancer therapy by HMGB1 ELISA kit
arigo is proud to announce that our HMGB1 ELISA Kit (ARG81310) is cited in Nat Commun published by Dr. Song and the colleagues. The authors develop a syringeable immunomodulatory multidomain nanogel (iGel) to enhance anti-tumoral immune niches. HMGB1 is recognized as a DAMP (damage-associated molecular pattern) and the HMGB1 ELISA Kit (ARG81310) was used to evaluate the anti-cancer effect of the iGel.
HMGB1 is reported as a necrosis marker. The elevated level of HMGB1 is a good indicator of effective anti-cancer therapy. arigo offer a serious of HMGB1 ELISA kits to facilitate the development of anti-cancer drugs.
