Examining CTL/NK-mediated cytotoxicity by ELISA

Examining CTL/NK-mediated cytotoxicity by ELISA

arigo is proud to announce that our ELISA kits for detecting Granzyme B (ARG80171) and Perforin (ARG80173) were cited in multiple journals recently. Lu et al. utilized our Granzyme B and Perforin ELISA kits to study the B7-H3 mediated suppression of cytotoxicity. And  Li et al. used the two kits for their research on Tim-3 mediated suppression. Their results indicate that arigo’s Granzyme B (ARG80171) and Perforin (ARG80173) ELISA kits are the best solution for examining the cytotoxicity in cancer immunity research.
